Since its inception in 1952, the Securities Industry Institute® (SII) has played a pivotal role in fostering the development of individuals characterized by integrity, competence, and high-performance potential within the financial services sector. This program provides an invaluable educational opportunity for industry professionals.

Co-sponsored by SIFMA and The Wharton School, SII offers an executive education experience that delves into contemporary topics across economics, finance, management, marketing, professional development, and operations. The program facilitates meaningful exchanges among participants and the esteemed faculty composed of academic and industry leaders. Each year, the curriculum is meticulously redesigned to address the evolving needs of the financial services landscape, employing a diverse range of instructional formats including general sessions, individualized workshops, panel discussions, and supplementary pre-course work with case studies.

This comprehensive three-year educational journey convenes participants for a week each March on the University of Pennsylvania campus for required coursework. Graduates of the program are awarded a certificate co-issued by Wharton and SIFMA.
